Sam Simpson will be our key player. Returning All SIC, D1 talent. Our speed and shooting ability will anchor our Offense.

Execution! Patience!

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Sam Simpson, Logan Miller will be tough interior defenders and rebounders, but our perimeter players really anchor our ability to trap and turn the other team over.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
“Next Play”

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Having all our key players back for another year with varsity experience will be huge for us!

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Timberline. Because it is Timberline.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Our ability to close out games. Every game is a battle in the SIC.

If you could change one rule in high school basketball, what would it be?
Shot clock. Because it is the 21st century! Time to get on board with the majority of the country!

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
The kids. That and it is just a great game!

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
The kids! Unbelievable people I get to be around!
