By: Paul Kingsbury - Owner/Editor New IdahoSports.com to launch Monday! Earlier this summer I wrote a little bit about the changes we were going to be making to IdahoSports.com. This Monday we are planning on doing a "soft-launch" of the new web site so that you can see what we have been doing. You will also be able to search for fall schedules and other team information. Think of it as an open-house for a home that still has a month left before it is fully constructed. You could live in it if you really wanted to, but it will be even better when the water and electricity is turned on. If you have been an Insider Zone member in the past, you will need to sign up for an account again. As an IZ member you will be able to view the Expanded Power Rankings, receive our weekly e-newsletter and, starting this year, leave comments on individual games, the Friday Nite Flash, Media Polls and Power Rankings. There was a rumor out there that the Insider Zone was going to be a pay feature this year. At the end of the day, we just couldn't bring ourselves to charge for it, so it is still free! All we ask is that you take the time to thank the advertisers you see on IdahoSports.com. The Friday Nite Flash has been totally redone. It might be the coolest thing on the entire Internet, but it only works if we have people, like you, at the games helping us out with updated scores.
